The Happening Now bar is a floating bar that shows a preview of your next event. It pops up in the app when an event is starting within 24 hours.
Tapping on the Happening Now bar expands it to a size in which you are able to view the event details and message the plan.
You can connect your Google Calendar in your profile settings.
Connecting your Google Calendar will allow for Gathr to put the plans with details from your Gathr social calendar to your personal calendar.
To connect, go to your profile settings and
